We offer medically supervised weight management tools tailored to your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
We are experts trained through Weight/Diabetes/Obesity Mentorship Programs to provide you with expert and safe care
Your care includes ongoing medical monitoring, lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise support to ensure medications are well tolerated and results are safe, sustainable, and focused on long-term metabolic health and body composition.
Treatment may include prescription medications such as GLP-1 receptor agonists like Ozempic, Wegovy, Semaglutide, or Mounjaro/Zepbound/Tirzepatide when clinically appropriate
Evoke does not sell or dispense medications directly. Prescriptions are sent to licensed pharmacies

Starting with in depth blood work panel we rule out any contraindications and review your hormones that may impact weight.
We follow up closely every 4 weeks to start to ensure you are feeling well and achieving your goals in a realistic and sustainable way. What sets us apart is that we are available between appointments for support to ensure your best outcomes along the way.
Once stabilized we follow up every 3- 6 months and are available between visits as needed so that you feel supported in every step of your journey

Our extensive blood panel includes testing for blood markers, encompassing a complete hormone panel, thyroid review, glycemic control, biochemistry profile, ferritin levels, and vitamin B12 status.

Weight optimization has extensive benefits. There are some conditions at are contraindicated:
Thyroid Cancer History: Personal or family history of MTC or MEN2 syndrome
Hypersensitivity: Known severe allergic reaction to any GLP-1 agonist.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding
Severe GI Issues: Active gastroparesis or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Pancreatitis History: History of pancreatitis is a strong caution, often considered a relative contraindication.
